The Cottage

Once the home of Evangeline Pratt Waterman Archer, this picturesque Arts and Craft English cottage is a lovely private retreat located adjacent to the Pratt Place Inn. With its original hardwood floors, cathedral beamed ceilings, luxurious furnishings, and lush green views; you may never want to leave.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two marble bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool bathtub. The spacious living room has a wood burning fireplace and a flat-screen television with a Blu-ray disc player. The dining room can easily accommodate eight guests for a sit down meal. There is a full kitchen equipped with all the modern cooking amenities necessary to prepare meals. Guests may take their breakfast and newspaper inside or out on the private patio that is nestled in the trees, in perfect tranquility, uninterrupted by the hustle and bustle of the city.
